We will need the Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. We will use Adobe Illustrator to create the vectors, which will cover the body in Photoshop. If you do not have Adobe Illustrator, you can use another vector program / for example Corel Draw / or you can use photoshop brushes – but then we are not talking about vectors. Vector is composed of basic geometric primitives – points, lines, … Images which were created by vector graphics can be freely changed / enlarge, shrink /  without any loss of the quality.
