Targeted Adjustment tool allows you to perform tonal and colour correction and dragging directly on to the photo, which for many is better than adjusting slider. Drag the top or right to increase the value, dragging down or left to lower . On the right side bar turn on the HSL / Grayscale, and there you can switch between three basic types of adjusting colour / luminance, saturation and hue /. If you want to have all parts of the same size you can create a new layer below the image and using a layer style apply Pattern Overlay – choose a grid and pour a new layer with this grid. For us it is important that in present time it is easy to create the effect of blueprint, because the market has wide range of necessary programs. Photoshop is one of the programs that can handle this job. So to get started, you can select image that you want to create the effect on /car, pert of the field, building,…/. Remove the selected image from the background; as you can see in our photoshop video tutorial we used Pen tool. If you work with photo of building, that you have took, use photoshop filter – Lens correction and adjust vertical perspective. When you have done that you can continue further with this adobe photoshop video tutorial. After removing background, we’ve converted layer to the smart object and applied few photoshop filters. At the very end of this video guide add some lines with photoshop Line tool, which identifies the necessary dimensions and can write the figures.
