HOW TO CREATE A PHOTOSHOP BRUSHES
In the following video tutorial I will show you how to create a photoshop brushes and, of course, how to save a new brushes. It does not need to be in the photoshop directory, but you may put it in a directory of your choice.

Put the .ABR file from the zip in a directory of your choice. It does not need to be in the Photoshop directory.
Choose Load Actions from the Actions palette menu.
Select the action set file from die directory you saved it.
Click Load and use it.
