- Glow text. On the text, which is in front, use darker colours and on the text, which is in the back, use lighter shade of the same colour. Using Photoshop filter Blur – Gaussian blur we achieve glow effect. At the very end you can duplicate last layer and put it to the top, final effect – Glow text will be more shining.
