We create a new layer of black colour and by using Photoshop Horizontal
Type tool we will write white color words on the black colour. You can
choose rather wider font, effect will stand out much better. Now we start
to apply Photoshop filter Distort – Displace, we select before prepared
PSD format of texture and open it. We can apply filter twice / or more
times / if necessary. We continue on by this

We duplicate layer with texture and put it on the top. We apply a clipping
mask and effect is done. To conclude we can use layer styles to edit our
