We then open up our image in Photoshop. Image is converted back to 8 bit
and then we continue with editing the sky. You must separate the sky using
Photoshop Quick Selection tool. Duplicate the layer with sky and gradually
in each layer we’ll apply the filter Blur – Radial Blur but with different

complicated but the result is interesting and certainly improves the look
